cant access multiplayer
i have 2k account connected to game but have not access to multiplayer games (via Internet), don't see game list and can't create or accept invites

Same issue. 2K connected to Civ 6 but not Civ 7

They have blocked a wide range of IPs used by VPNs, so you have to disable your VPN to play the game.
They might have also blocked countries that are not "supposed to" be able to buy the game directly on Steam, but I can't speak on that, just an observation.
