Cannot complete Isabella challenge objectives

I've played multiple game on different speed with Isabella and completed multiple age objectives in every age but I cannot complete the challenges which require completing two age objectives that gives 50xp each, so I cannot progress towards the final memento.
Every other leader I tried I've been able to get these challenges done.
