Founder's. I've been following the development for a while and am pretty sure I'm going to have a great time and many hours of fun, so I'd like to have all the content.

This is really not my proudest pre-order, but founder's edition. I'm especially not proud of it because here in Canada, that edition is 166$, which, with tax included costed me 195$ total for a friggin game with some pre-paid DLC.

None of it, game is too expensive for me

will wait for sale. Too expensive and they even locked contents on further added payments. So many other games to keep busy at the moment anyway. Marvel Rivals already will last me months by itself if not years.

Maybe i will buy it on a huge sale someday.
Founder's, just because I have the money and want the early access. Even though I have Too. Many. Games.
I am certain that VII will monopolize my time the instant it's available.
The one that is on sale with all the DLC's and fully patched with mature mod support, Not so much which one but rather when - the ticket price for entry is bloody murder without a sale

Also when Denuvo is removed from the game

I'm passing all together. The more I see of it just reminds me of how so many AAA games are just rinse and repeat gameplay with prettier graphics. I'll stick with the ones I have whenever I get the urge to play a Civ game.
Not sure. I'm waiting for the bugs to get worked out after the release. Even then, I'm not sure my PC has the requirements for the game.

Founder's Edition - I'm confident that Civilization VII will be my favorite version yet. I want to enjoy all the extras and fully immerse myself in the game.

Founders personally, but mostly because I can afford it and know that I would be buying the included DLCs in the future anyway so might as well do that now.

I understand though if any of the additions are too expensive so glad that the bonuses in the versions (or for pre-ordering) aren't a lot (and I fully expect that they will be released later as part of a bundle)

So I would say people should just buy the pack they can afford, or wait for a sale if not. It will be heavily reduced at least within 18months, and I don't expect any of the included bonuses will be things you will "miss out on getting" if you don't rush out now

Complete edition when they released the mandatory 2 expansions the series have had since civ2.

Founder's here. Can't wait for release at this point, just counting down the days.
I was ordering already some time before the Deluxe Edition. But I am actually really thinking of downgrading it to the Standard Edition.

Background is that I am also really questioning their price politics, despite being a big CIV fan and after reading and viewing everything possible about the new CIV 7 being relative convinced that the new concept and design is a very welcome fresh take.

I have described it in a other discussion already but imagine that you pay for 2 new leaders 4 new CIVS and 4 natural Wonders 30 € ... Ok you get some Deluxe variant cosemtics on top but... hey that is really a big number for this additional content.

Plus we all know that there are up to 2 new ages to be annouunced which will be offered extra and so on... I can not imagine how much money this all together will cost right now, but based on 20-30 € for some personas and Civs I fear it will be not cheap.

And last but not least, I am in the situation that I have my birthday on 8th on February and really wanted to be able to play it because of that earlier. Means it was a very nice and welcome birthday present for me to buy. But I am asking myself if I should support that price politics. Plus their communication strategy was also very poor. It would have been a more honest and better way to communicate it directly and openly that some ages will be not content from the beginning. This would have been something what you can explain in the end if you have good reasons and I think the new game we get will be for sure not a massive failure.

I will buy the game for sure despite of all that but all the extra content and so on I think I will be very patient with to order and not buy it early. Plus I know that as a company you want and need to make money. But if you do not provide enough content for so big extra costs then you should question yourself if you should desing your game at all in this way or skip it and release instead of that 2 big expansions with higher price tag but include the new Civ and Personas there.
