Balloons

Every Modern civilisation I've played, while it's loading up the game, has a painted backdrop with balloons in it. Russia, Great Britain, France - are there any that don't?

I don't know, but I know the concurrent player count line graph wishes it had some balloons right now. They need to pump those numbers up, those are rookie numbers.

Yes. Meiji, Mughal, Buganda... basically anything beyond Europe IIRC.

If you don't know the answer to OP's question, then why do you consider it necessary to make a snarky wise-azz comment that "the game suciks"?

Because they don't even own the game and couldn't possibly know better for that reason or another. :) Random off-topic ranting is good cause for easy blockings.
