whats your favourite memento
So what you think is the most powerful memento? many of those are somewhat useless, but i think that specially one is game changing, adas lvl 9 memento, i got it 2 days ago and it is crazy good, original mayans on steroids, getting the 7 wonders with that one is mostly deciding what wonders you are going to pick :) there are couple others that i allso like even than not nearly as good, isabellas money on natural wonders and aminas +1 gold for resources in city but mainly if you use it with amina to get +2..

Corona Civica for the extra settlement and Bifocals to get 50 Influence every Civic/Science Mastery is my favorite duo.
20% food with one alliance... that memento is pretty powerful, from Bolivar. That is powerful for all three ages IMO.

Pachacuti's lvl 9 memento is situational, but +1 food and +1 gold on specialists next to mountains can greatly help getting the Exploration Age science legacy path complete, if you have enough mountains, of course.

Ibn Battusa's lvl 9 memento at the very start of the game is great. Take that memento, and take a memento for any attribute point that won't be added from leader/civ stuff, and right away you can have +3 to all yields (at minimum) with the possibility of even more as Antiquity progresses.

And the one I think might be a sleeper pick, but it's actually brokenly powerful if used in conjunction with civs/leaders focused on trade: the +1 trade route memento from Xerxes' alternate persona is really useful all game long. It doesn't seem like it would be, but try using it with Carthage and Hatshepsut. As long as you are careful to keep on good terms with the civs around you, the extra trade-route memento is rather powerful since it either saves on the influence needed for a trade-relations interaction (if you just wanted 2 routes), or it adds to that trade-relations endeavor and you get 3 trade routes with that single civ.

I've been focusing on economic legacies lately so I've often gone with the +5 trade route range and one of the default ones that grant extra attribute point so I can get some extra yield from spamming settlements. I'm not sure if I have any actual favorites. Still have a lot of stuff locked too. And since it's not possible to change them in multiplayer presently, I'm just taking the extra attributes most of the time there.

Edit: I forgot Himiko's influence from science buildings... that's great for any kind of play IMO.

The +1 Expansion Attribute is really nice to get those settlers out and about just a little bit faster not to mention the Expansion tree is really good and probably my 2nd favorite tree after the Scientific one.

I would like to give an honorable mention to Trung Trac's Momento that gives +1 science for every commander level. The fact she starts with a commander with three free levels is a huge boost to the early game and getting ahead in science.

The one that adds population when you start a settlement. Having a settlement immediately grow is pretty sweet.
I don't use any Mementos at all so I like to simply play the leaders and civs as standard. Mementos are just a player aid that we don't need and makes an already fairly easy game even easier.

So after the 1.2 patch on default Deity how did your easy game go? Turn 60 Modern Age victory?
