Blue and Red Terrain
I am not sure what has happened, but my terrain map is all weird blue and red. I tried all the setting I know of.

Any thoughts?

Could be a driver thing if you have Nvidia.

Try Nvidia control panel, click on change resolution.

Go to step 3 Apply the following settings.

Change it to use Nvidia color settings.

Keep in mind that's just one fix to try. Not sure if it will correct the blue and red.

I can't even see "change resolution" in any menu at the control panel

Alright well it's under display

(not video or 3D)

NVIDIA control panel btw not windows and not geforce experience

I appreciate the help, but my NVIDIA Control Panel doesn't have that option. I have backed up my game play and will do a new install

My laptop is 5 years old. Maybe that has something to do with it

First thing I thought of when I heard all red and blue is Settler mode, but surely that's not it.

Was definitely a graphics glitch. I had to go in and change all of my graphic settings, and then go back to what I had originally. It worked to shake the glitch.
