Scout Mementos Got Nerfed in 1.1
Right away, I am 100% happy with most of the scout nerfs. It was comical to stack two mementos together with being Ibn and basically seeing the whole map in a couple of turns. Fun, and funny, but overpowered.

That said, the Tunic memento is the one scout nerf that maybe wasn't needed. Down to +1 sight when next to a mountain... that's practically worthless. Having a scout next to a mountain already blocks line-of-sight for some tiles, so that would have been the one not to nerf (it was at either +2 or +3 sight next to mountain, IIRC).

Overall though, for the most part, good nerfs. Scouting early on went by far too quickly, because the sight range on the scout and on their abilities was pretty extreme.

Somewhat. It feels a lot like a knee-jerk reaction to something that went untested prior to release.
Weird boot to lick.
The nerfs are completely worthless because AFAIK you can only equip mementos in single player.
Where if you find something OP you just...don't equip that.
Amazing, right?

But instead, no, take the fun away from people my making ALMOST ALL mementos touched universally worse.
Don't praise the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
