Mongolia Jarlig Tradition
The Mongolia Jarlig tradition is supposed to give +25% production in citied not founded by you. This doesn't appear to be working in cities you conquered in the previous age. Is this intentional or just a bug?

Occupied settlements do lose that tag (they no longer have the chain link symbol) when moving up an age, so it seems like "intended functionality", as they say...

Ah yes. It's not a bug. It's a feature.

I’ve you happen to look at the settlement icons in the Propose Peace screen, you’ll also see the colors will also have been updated to your own instead of the original owner’s.

Pretty sure it represents how cities change ownership over time, eventually the current claim outweighs the original (e.g., Istanbul vs Constantinople vs Byzantium)

I know how that feels... but if you think about it, that kind of bonus that lasting through all ages would be quite overpowered, no? It could probably be even more, though. At least this way it encourages you to play aggressively right away instead of towards the end of the age (which when civs will be changing once again).
