How do you change a leaders persona?

I am probably missing something simple here, but with the leaders that have multiple personas like Napoleon and Xerxes, how do you change to the second one?

Yeah, just seen comments on reddit, I own the founders edition but only have the content of the base game, meaning I don't have any other personas showing... hence my confusion.

Don't forget to get the merits before you start the game. Those sort of embellish the leader.
