Civ VII Steam Workshop

Hoping to see support for the Steam Workshop/modding community eventually! It wasn't listed in the priorities but I hope we can get it as part of a future expansion update so that the modding community doesn't get left behind.

(Would also be nice if there was a modding toolkit to help less code-savvy individuals build custom rulesets and civilizations for the game but that's my own wishful thinking!)
