Same here cannot advance my turn . I thought by researching theology I would be helping my religion/civ now I am stuck it will not allow me to click on the enhancer belief I should have unlocked

Scroll down. The very bottom has an option.

Workaround: Make sure your religion is selected on the Religion menu. It may have defaulted to a different religion, and selecting yours should allow you to select a Belief after and progress the turn.

make sure you click on your religion at the top because the dialog opens up showing other religions and there beliefs... I noticed this after trying to understand it.

Yup, this civ game is a scam, its sound like a alpha game not a real game for now.
