Issues with building the great walls.
First off, i love building the great walls in civ. I feel like it is really close to being at its best yet in civ 7.

Love that we can build through "warehouse" improvements, this is awesome but why cant we build through resource improvements? It kind of just ruins the whole aspect of building through non district tiles. It becomes almost impossible to actually build a full encompassing wall. On this note, extremely annoying that the tile needs to be currently worked to build the wall there? I understand for getting the yields the wall needs to have a pop on it. But this again, makes it super difficult to actually build a civ defining wall!.


A much needed visual change. I'm not sure why the walls are a huge chonk across the tile with void grassland around them. Push the walls up against the edge of the tiles and allow whatever worked tile visual to stay on the inner portion of the tile?

I've done a couple play throughs trying to build a great wall, like my only focus was to wall in a city, island or small continent, and it just wasn't possible or satisfying. Ended up with random chunks of wall broken up by resources, or lack of pop.
