WORLD MAP
Is there any map that is simillar to Earth or real continents? I don't like those generated random islands...

Nope. It's all randomly generated square islands because the game is set to only do one part of the map in Antiquity and then the second continent appears for the second era where it's the Distant Land, with most of the progress points in that era being about going to that Distant Land. Basically it's Western European history: the game. Except most of the Civs are Middle Eastern and Asian.
