Bring back the "one more turn"-button

Hello Firaxis,

I was shocked to discover that the key feature of the "One more turn" button is no longer visible on the victory screen. At first I thought it was a joke, but this fact was increasingly confirmed.

For me, not being able to play your game for as long as you want is an absolute no-go in the Civilization series. That is the core of Civ, so to speak, and the DNA of playing the game as long as it's fun.

And let's be honest: not every player feels called upon to rush towards the endgame only to find that the game is completely over from one round to the next. Well, that's not possible!

I hereby request and ask that the popular button be brought back. That's what Civ is all about, that's Civ - ONE MORE TURN!

I'm reminded of the player that kept a Civ save game going for 10 years of so ... Cool stories like that won't be possible with this game.

I didn't finish my first game yet, but I'm close. I absolutely hated the ages changes, and now that I know that we'll not be able to continue after the end, it'll be most probably the last time I play Civ7. Everything is an absolute trash. They completely destroyed everything.

We can't play large maps, we can't set the tipe of victory, there's no automatic scout, the ages aren't seamless.... This horrendous game seems like it was done by a bunch of people who hated civilization.

Yes its hard to understand how this was ever missed in the first place. Its so fundamental to the series. Coupled with the way ages split the game into sub games and remove the sense of one continuous history of "building a civilisation to stand the test of time" it really makes me wonder if the people who made this game were actually fans of the series...

There are so many, "How did the Dev's let this slip?" items in this release but beyond all not having the one more turn option is ridiculous. I've been playing Civ since the inception and while this one feels like home, some squatter brought in his own wino to decorate...

100% agree. The CEO of 2k is trying to alienate the 'legacy' fanbase clearly and he is a lover of instant gratification. He needs to be fired.

That's just bizarre. Of all the changes I never saw that one coming, and most telling of a team that didn't know what made the earlier games have so much appeal. Like watching a Canadian build the Sphinx... which was something you could do in earlier Civ games.

That is a weird take.
Besides you already bought the game, so I don´t think you will be able to hit them with anything other than praise from them.. you paid for this after all and supported it.. willingly.
