How is everyone liking Civ 7 beta?
Or should I say Alpha version. The rest of the game will be added for another $100 to $200 in bits and pieces.

it's good, it's different, but it's good
- Map and units are gorgeous,
- but U.I. is… pretty unpolished.
- Didn’t play much as I have an upcoming work meeting.
- Am liking the city growth system so far.
- Had an event pop up and it seems Civ 7 has been a tad “inspired” by Humankind

It feels like a combination of bug hunting and cheating: There are so much bugs (ships on land, textbox behavior, UI hiding unexpectly ...), some are funny, but bug hunting is too easy currently ... that's why also like cheating ;-)
Lots of issues to work out but i have to say the little time ive played i enjoyed it. I guess thats all that matters. lets hope they fix / add stuff later.
Who else remembers the “good old days”, when the entire release cycle was a paid beta, and any player feedback was not even considered until the next title release? You just had to tolerate any bugs or brokenness until the next title.

It wasn't a paid beta by definition since the next release was a new game.
Very nice!
Definitely one of the best civs already... Bud definitely needs some more polishing.
But runs nicely, most of the changes in the game are for good direction. So, promising, very promising indeed!

It’s quite fun. I got my butt whooped as Charlamange (bit off more than I could chew and the world declared war on me). Now I’m staying more peaceful and scientific as Ben Franklin.
I am enjoying the beta but I am excited for the finished product. While some participants appear upset with the unfinished work, I have participated in rougher paid beta launches. I am confident that the team will continue to improve the game throughout it's lifecycle.
Kinda liking it but it has serious issues, some that can be easily fixed and some that probably will never be fixed and a whole bunch in between.

It's great so far.
Very good! Civ7 beta is better than civ6, civ5 or civ4, so if this get better when it comes out from beta… not bad at all?
