Is anyone getting access to that Twitch-Drop banner?

First drop-collect attempt on Twitch for me. I have ALL things connected. 2K to Steam to Twitch, etc. I collected the banner successfully on Twitch. I can't access it in-game though. I clicked on that in-game upper right corner for rewards or whatever, but nothing yet.

Is this normal at this point? I really don't care BUT I did go through the effort to watch the stream haha.

You will need to contact their support. There is an option when submitting a ticket for Twitch Drops.
