Won't download
Literally no matter what I do, the download just won't go past 100%. I cleared the download cache multiple times (through steam AND manually), my steam client is up to date, I reinstalled it 4 times now, restarted steam and my PC multiple times. I have no idea what to do at this point.

This is a generic Steam issue that happens for some people across many games. Changing the download region for Steam helps for some. See some more hints for possible solutions here: https://windowsreport.com/steam-download-at-100/
