Not showing up for download

I got the pre-order as a gift at Christmas. However, I cannot download the game for the early release. Does a gift pre-order not count for early release?

was it the founder's or deluxe edition? if the game is in your library it should count, you have a key license for it.

If that doesn't work then reboot your computer.

I ordered the Founders Edition, but no download button on the store page. Restarted Steam but that didn't work. Restarting the PC next. Not a good way to start!

This particular issue is with the Steam platform not the game.

I logged out of steam and back into steam and had the DL
or stream option..its a pulldopwn

I believe I saw stream because I had already loaded it onto a laptop before trying my desktop and not having a DL button
