Advanced launch doesn't work?

I have pre-purchased the Founders Edition, but am not able to play the game? It says: starts 11 February... Anyone has a clue why this is or how I can solve it?

If restarting Steam didn't work try restarting your computer.

I'm in Europe and I'm downloading it now. It's been released in the early launch.

It was 5am GMT 6am CET not pm

And they released the advanced access 6 hrs early as well. Was availabe at midnight CET.

Also had to restart my Steam. First login today didn't allow me to download, restart worked. My timezone: GMT+2

Restart worked :) I also had no download button on first start of Steam. After restart it has shown.

The only reason I pre-ordered was to get the access today, but now I feel cheated as I am seriously considering demanding a refund & waiting for it to get reduced in price.

Restart the steam, It gave me the same info. Also FYI for everyone in terms of SD I had an issue can not download in bigpicture thus I switched to desktop mode and install it there then puff it shown on my bigpicture and I tell you the SD version works perfect the layout is really intuitive and easy to understand just like the switch ver. of civ6

Which version did you pre-order though? The basic game version doesn't include early access.

I had the same issue. I closed and restarted Steam, and the install button is not there! :)
