Is there a cheaper way to get the game?

I'm not talking about piracy. Are there legit ways to get the game for cheaper rn? I'm so excited for CIV VII. Been thinking about it fo rthe past week. But I'm also broke after paying for my exams.

Sure, you can buy a key for cheap if you don't mind getting scammed with a key that doesn't work like a lot of people are starting to complain about while those of us who bought it directly on Steam are having no issues.

There are other official retailers than Steam and most of them are cheaper than Steam.

Educate yourself.

I am sure you can find a small discount on one of the verified key seller shops (Green Man Gaming, Fanatical etc.). You can probably find a deeper discount on grey marketplace but I won’t name or long any of those as they are u likely to acquire their keys without doing something shady (ranging from selling retail keys from cheaper regions, to credit card frauds).

If money if the concert best course of action is to wait. It seems the game could benefit from more time in the oven, so it might be even advisable to not jump in right now. Personally, I will wait for a bit.

Just play civ 6 until civ 7 is done with all dlc, it will be a lot cheaper.

Saved almost 40 euro.
Usually they are a few hours late with the keys but they always deliver.

Not that I've seen anywhere. Probably 2 or 3 months before that happens I'd say.
