Got Civ 7 Founders gifted. Showing up as Regular Civ 7 with Feb 11th date instead of 6th.

I cant get through to Steam support at all. Hoping i can get some help here otherwise I wasted 50 bucks

Considering founders edition doesn’t cost 50 bucks you likely were gifted the standard edition…..

Once the 6th hits it will become available. I think it's just a quirk in how Steam works that it doesn't display the early access date.

Go to your Library and click on the greyed-out Civ 7 in your inventory. The left window there are 5 tabs. Click on Support. At the top of that window it tells you which version you have and it shows the Receipt. Took me a while to find that also, normally it shows in the Store page.

I boguht the deluxe version and it also show the 11 februar. So seems everthing is fine

Apologies need to clarify. Made a 2nd steam account because i hated my account name i made in Middle school lol. I had a leftover balance in my old account's wallet so used that plus new money, so its my money.

So it just says the base game. It does in very small/grey text at the bottom "received on Steam as part of: Sid Meier's Civilization® VII Founders Edition" but the title itself is the standard.

Meant the increase from standard to founds (70 to 130 so i guess 60 bucks whoops). It was from my old account to new account.

i bought the founders edition and it is showing that it is the standard edition and released the 11th of February

at the top right side of your screen click on your steam name, than click on "account details", than click on "View licenses and product key activations"

it should show your license in that list, including what edition you have

I have a receipt showing i purchased founders edition for $130 It is now Feb 8 and I still can't play
