2. They definitely have units being given to you in this game, but from Independents and City States. Don't know if Leaders can gift you units. I haven't seen them do that, but they will help you fight, which leads to your third wish.
3. Sounds like you want to mark targets. Diplomacy is much better now, but you can't control your allies units or mark specific targets.
Civ 2 was my first game so, I grew up in era where games have cheat codes.
GTA San Andres up down left right a b get all weapons
Civ2, click on the cheat tab, click enable cheats, start cheating
Star Craft you type in console there is no cow level, get 1000 more resources.
I love cheating in video games, I love games with cheat codes.
Open the ‘AppOptions’ file using Notepad.
Scroll to ‘;EnableDebugPanels -1’ and replace with ‘EnableDebugPanels 1’ (make sure you remove the ‘;’).
Save the file.
Hit "~" in game for console commands
