Are you going to pull 16-hour days, or all-nighters?
This game will easily clear a 75,000-player base.
It's selling well, but a lot of Civilization players are chess players. Converted to the hexagonal format. The strong, silent types. They don't beat their chest like gamers do in other forums.
An older, more mature crowd.
4 days.
Gasp. How did you know? I am literally a USCF chess master with a FIDE title. Though I do seem to be beating my chest just now--sorry about that :)
I intend to play the long game and get some sleep and do the dishes and laundry and all that. Because if my wife gets mad at me, she'll sit down at my computer and start her own game and beat me to a diety win, just as she did with Civ 2--and we can't have that :)
Yes, my boss knows I ask the day off for gaming on civ VII.
Naw, no 16 hours, but every waking moment most likely. I am no rush to finish(marathon speed) the game, just in a rush to play it.
lol that's so true, I am a chess player too ;)
