When is the "pre install" coming? Few days until Deluxe/Founders comes out

I don't remember seeing any official word on pre-loading yet, though perhaps they will announce that when they announce the exact time of release early next week.

Most likely it's a steam thing not a firaxis or 2k thing. Probably within 6-12 hours before release would be my expectation.
