Civ Founder Edition Early access

I bought Founder Edition. However, Steam still shows that game will be available on 11 February. I should get access on 6 Feb because of buying Founder Edition. Why is that?

I think that's just how it shows it. Rest assured, we'll all get to play on the 6th.

I'm sure pre-load will start sometime around Feb 1st, maybe after that it will update the early release time for early access. Either way, if you have early access, you'll have access on the 6th.

i have played a few games with early access on steam, they never seem to show the correct time/date, always showing the official release time/date.

that being said, early access always started when it was supposed to.

My guess is midday in USA, early afternoon in Europe. That's how it was with the last few games I got on day one that were developed in USA.

Preload techicaly could be Feb 6th as that not actualy its release date

Looks like it goes live 12AM EST in all regions on PC, Console versions seem to be 12AM local time:

IKR...Not sure why Im in such a hurry. Vanilla has never been a great Civ Flavor. Maybe I just want to roll the dice and see how or If it runs on my Desktop and Laptop.

Guess I shouldnt say NEVER as I have only played since Civ 2 and 3 was already out.
Fell in love, threw out the resale version I bought and got 3.
