If you want everything, purchase the Founders Edition.

The Deluxe Edition doesn't include the Right to Rule Collection or the Founders Content Pack.

Right to Rule:

2 new leaders
4 new civilizations
4 new Wonders
A special cosmetic bonus

Founders Content Pack:

2 leader personas
4 profile customizations
1 fog of war tile set
1 Founders palace skin

If you purchase the base game you'll still be able to purchase the extra content later.

It's not a big deal.

Difference between the two is an additional DLC, Right to Rule, as well as some cosmetics like tile visuals, scout visuals, and some other banner options.

Here's what I wrote in another thread:

Deluxe
- 5 day early access (on Feb 5)
- Shawnee Civ and Tekumseh leader
- "Crossroads of World pack", a dlc pack of 4 Civs, 2 leaders, 4 wonders", available in March
- "Delux content pack", which is
2 leader personas
4 profile customizations
1 alternate scout skin

Founder's has all of the above and :
- "Right to Rule" pack, a dlc pack of 4 Civ, 2 leaders, 4 wonders." Available by September.
- "Founder's Content Pack", which is
2 leader personas
4 profile customizations
1 fog of war tile set
1 Founders palace skin

So each level gives an extra dlc pack of Civs, wonders, and leaders and a cosmetic pack.

Both give early access and Shawnee Civ and Tekumseh leader.

I got founder's because I'm looking forward to the game and am pretty sure I'll really enjoy it. The base edition has a ton of content to keep you busy, so it's really up to you which edition to get.

Im not sure, i kinda want the founder as well but at the same time kingdom come deliverance 2 comes out, so i do not know if it's worth it, can't play the two games at the same time. ( which i already bought and releases on 4th february and this on 6 if pre-order).

And by persona? What it means? The same thing as age of wonders personality of AI or something?

A persona is a different version of a leader, with different abilities. Check out the two personas of Ashoka here for example:

I never thought I'd see the day where they monetized the tiles in a Civilization game but here we are.

You're paying for the dlc, the cosmetics are just a bonus. Really reaching trying to criticize that one.

Oh? They won't be available to purchase separately? There won't be further fog of war tile cosmetics in the future aside?

They are monetizing tiles. It's ridiculous.
I've not dived into the new DLC that heavily, but in civ 6 for "Rise and Fall", you received :-

"With the new the Governor system, players are able to further customize and specialize their cities, as well as react to the new challenges of Dark Ages and Loyalty. Each of the seven unique governors has its own promotion tree, and lends itself to different playstyles and strategies.

In addition to these new systems, Civilization VI: Rise and Fall introduces eight new civilizations and nine new leaders. Eight new world wonders can be constructed, as well as a variety of new units, districts, buildings, and improvements. There are more ways than ever before to build, conquer, and inspire."

The new DLC doesn't appear to give that much content for the money or am I missing something in the description?

I got the founders edition simply because why not.
So the content of the Founders Edition will be available eventually for purchase?
