Missing DLC Simon Bolivar and Bulgaria
I pre-ordered the founders pack which I thought comes with everything but I am missing Simon Bolivar and Bulgaria in my game is this a glitch or are they acquired some other way. Thanks for any help

Not a glitch. The glitch is that it was accidentally released early on the PlayStation 5, but the content is still being developed, so Firaxis has warned console players that it will have bugs.
