Does the AI have bonuses based on dificulty?
Haven't seen this question addressed directly. I know the AI will be better and yadda yadda, but I need to know wether this is changed or not.

I mean, you can create all the cool systems you want; if the AI has bonuses, it doesn't matter. You can now force the AI to spend influence, but if they have +50 influence per turn because reasons, what gives? If they don't need money to maintain units and buildings or need culture because they have a 5x multiplier just because, they will say "no "just like they have always done, and the systeem will be meaningless.

They didn't address the matter, which is worrying.

It absolutely will have this system. I wouldn't expect anything different but I'm not worried about it.

Yeah. 100% that AI has different bonus or malus based on difficulty. That is how difficulty is made in simple decision tree AI solutions for ages and will be done in the future.
