Also yes, I am quite a fan of DRM bypasses considering I will be relying on those bypasses when the publisher kills the servers and leaves the game for dead. If a customer benefits from piracy, you know you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.
Are you ignorant, or just trolling? Did you even read this thread - at least in parts?
hi if that actually happens in future, as in:
- no more denuvo (or anything similar),
- bugs fixed,
- some discount,
- and 100% confirmed offline availability of the game with 0% requirement of any extra 3rd party accounts being needed at least for single/solo games)
than that will be music to my ears, as someone interested in buying another civ game on steam :)
Denovo takes data that nothing to do with any kind of gaming and sends it to "who knows where" for what purpose. For a single player game. There is no "competitive" multiplayer for this game, nor will there ever be.
Plus it makes the client run worse. And generated a bunch of false positives for programs like anti-virus and home banking.
Not a good decision by the devs, in a game plagued by bad decisions.
looking forward to the 90% sale in 5 years. Cya then
