Wonders tell us missing civs
It seem like every civ will have one wonders associated that they can construct more quickly at least with one civ, so because we see some wonders on video, screen, etc, we can predict some civilizations =>

Borobodur => Indonesia probably a late modern civ or maybe they will be associated with some bouddhist country on exploration age
Brandenburg gate => Germany probably modern age
Emilie Benn => Korean
Liberty tower => USA
Erdene Zuu Monastery => Mongolia (already announced)
Hanging Gardens => Maybe Babylonia in Antiquity age (so they will be the 11 faction of antiquity ?)
Nalanda => India in modern age (3 indian civ it seem)
Palacio de Bellas Artes => Mexico
Red Fort => Usa again ? (Notre-Dame and Eiffel tower are here so maybe some civ will have acess to two wonders associated)
El escorial => Spain
Oxford univeristy => England
Hermitage => Russia
Petra => Ottoman ???

It confirm that they will be no Dutch, no Italy or Byzantine, Carthage, Hittites.

So we have announded already Mughal, Japanese, French and Buganda. If we suppose Babylonian are the 31one Civ (11 at antiquity). It mean that we are missing 6 at modern age. By the wonders we can said that this will be German, China, USA, England, Russia and Mexico.

In exploration age, we have spanish, mongolian, songhai, norman, ming, chola and abbassid so probably Indonesia (Borobudur is old), Ottoman (petra), Korea. This is my prediction based on wonders.

Petra might be Abbasid. It's in southern Jordan close to Saudi Arabia. I think it had faded away by the time of the Ottoman Turks.

Abbasid have already by explain on video by dev, they only said House of Wisdom so it seem it is not related to Abbasid.

I'm pretty sure that they already confirmed Meiji Japan when they talked about Himiko.

It's safe to assume that the Tokugawa Bakufu will be in too.

Sadly only one wonder is related to Japan now (Ondo Onsen)

It's Dogo Onsen and it was built in the Meiji era. This means that it has to be a modern era wonder. It would be a natural wonder before that, but it also isn't in former Yamatai meaning it can't be the Wonder associated with Yamatai.
