Can't get bonus rewards Crimson Dawn Campaign mission 2

Playing on Astartes difficulty, in the 2nd mission of Crimson Dawn I am not receiving the bonus rewards for collecting the geneseeds. I have tried multiple times but the Bonus rewards only blink for a moment before disappearing. I believe on my first playthrough i received them but now it doesn't work.
