Slitherine account not logging in in-game

I am trying to play in the new tournament this week and I am receiving an error every time I log in to multiplayer with my Slitherine Account. error looks something like this "Error user not logged in (Code: Usernotloggedin)" not exact because I just closed it to make this.

I have the correct credentials and have checked on the website but have no solution? Any help?
