Everything - Animation Wise - Slow Motion

Since the latest patch, everything seems to be in slow motion or something very odd, nothing to do with the framerates, playing well over 240FPS, using a 4090, though the animations and such seemed all be set to 50% speed or something. Is anyone else experiencing this? It's extremely noticeable and really takes away from the overall experience.
