Necrons can have more than one of them, they can self heal , they get two attacks per turn and annihilate entire squads in one hit. Yikes

The ability you're talking about has a long cooldown though, and you can easily beat it by just not clumping up. They're weak as well so just focus them down.

I assumed you were referring to Quantum Orb, which shows ammo of 1/1 per game.
If you are referring to Harbinger of Destruction, then yeah, your right.

BTW, 3000 point Necron army can field 3 of these.
