Having said that, Sisters are unique in having armoured transports which can be used to both attack and to save infantry squads. They have good access to heavy flamers which can do wonders. In Conquest, I'd take Sororitas over 'Nids any day.
Soften up with battle sisters, mop up with penitents or arco-flagellants. Double Penitent Engine can erase 4 squads of boys at once, if you catch them positioned just right.
Their starting army is not that fun but it can get the job done against any faction and without too many losses.
Load Two starting sister superiors in to the rhino and use that mobility to give them flanking attacks on armored enemies. Rhino can tank a lot of hits.
Use flagellants to tie up enemy units and then engines to fry them.
Basic sisters are there to die for others and finish off damaged units. mostly to die for others though.
Most exploding units do not kill flagellants outright so you can rotate them backward to heal them.
Don´t attack through the middle of the map but circle around so you do not have to fight the whole enemy army at the same time.
