Deluxe version worth it? Huge price difference
So since steam decided to enforce a new minimum pricing for games to buy l can't buy Blood Angels Elites and Tyranid Elites separately anymore because it's too cheap in my region. I bought just the base game for 1.35 USD now, but l still could refund it and get the deluxe edition. But I am not sure what to do since steams new rules and the pricing is so weird.

So steam just let me buy the deluxe edition (12 USD) or the DLC's Necrons Faction Pack (0.80 USD), Sisters of Battle (5 USD), Daemons of Khorne (2 USD) or Orks (5 USD) separately. Or l can keep just the base game without any additional content.

Should l get the Deluxe Edition for 12 USD? But since it's 8.5 times more expensive l wonder if it's worth it? Or should I get any of those DLC's seperatly?

Thanks!

I think you have till the 4th for the sale, and you have 2 hours I believe of play time to refund the initial purchase. Give it a go and see how you're feeling about it. It will give you a better idea if you feel like spending more or not.

I think at least the additional unit packs is a must with the base game, but also I have all of the DLC and its turning into one of my fave games so I'm a bit biased lol.

Thanks for your response! I just applied for a refund and l will get the deluxe edition. l think 12 USD is still a good deal with all DLC's.

l only played the tutorial so far and it looks really decent.

If you ever want to play a few rounds online with me (or anyone else who reads that) feel free to add me. But l first need to learn the mechanics of the game.
I would encourage you to add the discord channel (the link is on the right at the main menu, inside the game) because there's always people commenting, giving feedback, and it's also a site where the devs comment things as well.

100% add the discord like above said for all the reasons. and its the best way to find live games, live tourney's and a long running faction war style game.

Also just throw up some asynchronous multiplayer games, they get picked up pretty quick and don't usually take more than a week/1.5 to finish, in my experience. You might get crushed a few times but that's the nature of the learning curve haha. Cheers!
