worth a buy?
this is not DoW2 etc that is a RTS.

it's not Dow3 which was a MoBa.

I can't even begin to start where, apart from leader selection.

BFG allowed you to do that.

worth a buy..?

yes when it's on sale.

I think it’s worth a buy. Campaign mechanics are not great. Multiplayer is amazing. Skirmish would be better if AI was better, but I find playing at 80 point win with 1500 vs 2000 tyranid is a great match

No wait for % less...only if u want to play multi ....Finish campaign twice different level....i gonna desintall waitin for add on ... too short but nice but too short....sanctus reach is far away better anyway ....even armageddon... too expensive for what inside....

So your just obsessed with having more unit types then…..which is solely an opinion

I like Battlesector. It has a lot of issues imo with gameplay being shallower than in Sanctus Reach, but it's not a bad game. It is a bit overpriced atm for what you get tho, unless you just really want to support this kind of game (I did). If you don't have plans to get into multiplayer PvP I'd recommend you either wait for a discount, or even better yet wait and see what kind of DLC the devs manage to make. I think the quality of the DLC will be the ultimate test for this game because right now there's no replay value in the SP component of the game. The campaign is very one-and-done and the skirmishes are really bland.

If you're a diehard 40K fan, then maybe.

If not then I would wait for the game to go on sale. Its far too repetitive and lacking in content to justify its current price tag. If you read my review, every mission in Battlesector ends up being the same and I soon found this tedious.

Its nowhere near as good as Command and Conquer or Age of Empires

Yes, this game is worth a buy and will be a masterpiece when all the factions come out.

Yes it's already easily one of the better 40k games out there and could be one of the best once a good amount of faction and new campaign dlc gets added. Just finished the campaign which took me almost 20 something hours. And went straight to Skrimish. I can definitely see huge potential for this game.

The game needs a minimap, it would be so much better with one.

Of course yes :gfufufu:

I'm one of those types of players that is not interested much in PvP/multiplayer unless it's a Co-Op. But still a Warhammer 40k junkie. I can't say for sure yet because I haven't finished the campaign yet but :
for any fan of anything related to wh40k (excluding abominations that relate to "mobile gaming") resounding YES.
anyone else if you factor in the multiplayer, future expansions and road map plans I think yes.
It's a solid turn based strategy game.
