Asellus escapes Facinaturu

I read in an article here [www.pcinvasion.com] that there are two alternate ways to trigger Asellus's escape from Facinaturu. But I can't seem to trigger either of them, does anyone know what steps I might be missing. I can trigger the scene with Gina and Ciato's advice to find the pilot no problem, but no Zozma in my room or other characters in the bar.

I triggered Zozma by recruiting White Rose and Ildon. I proceeded to do a day of training and went back to my room. After dismissing Ildon and White Rose I entered my room to Zozma introducing himself. I went and recruited Ildon and White Rose again, did another day of training and once again dismissed them at my room. I then went and recruited White Rose and went to witness the scene where Asellus asks about Princess Rei. After White Rose told her the story, I returned to my room and dismissed her. Entering my room again Zozma was there and asked me how long I planned on staying in Facinaturu, and that Kurenai the eternal flame was said to connect to other worlds which unlocked it in my story log.

The other alternate way is two people from trinity in the bar who will be there at the same time as the guy with the ship. I'm not sure if they trigger differently, but they were simply there for me. But I had triggered both Ciato's advice and the option from Zozma. So if you get both of those I think the trinity guys will be there too.

Wahoo! Finally got that one to trigger!
I also noticed two people showed up in the bar after Zozma told me about Kurenai, but they won't say much of anything, just *sigh* and "Now what?"
I will unravel this final escape route! Thanks for your help Nicholai!

Oho nvm I had to talk to the pilot in the bar while they were there so they could eavesdrop! Thanks to you both! :)
