Did they fix Emilia's outfits?
Previously, only the Pink Tiger actually worked. Well, technically the Harem outfit worked, but since Annie's glimmer list was actually worse than Emelia's...

I honestly don't know, but my Emilia glimmered everything (and learned every gun skill) very quickly, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I've been having a much easier time glimmering things in general. It may be because I'm using BR more effectively, or they may have done something. I don't know.

I played through Emilia's story over the last few days. All the outfits seemed to work. Each mission gave me a different one.

Well they were always distributed and you could wear them, but they were supposed to, when equipped, switch Emilia's (mostly terribly) glimmer chances for other characters'. I forget who Bunny (Magic) is supposed to swap with, but Pink Tiger (Liza), Harem Dancer (Annie) and Commando (Roufas) were technically in the game, but the Commando/Bunny were bugged to not function (that is, Emilia kept her own glimmer list) and Dancer was a downgrade for the most part. So Pink Tiger was the only one worth using.

Annie has a garbage glimmer list for sword techs and Emilia's sword tech list is actually pretty good (try her with swords on someone else's route, she's great!) so dancer is "working as intended" but is still pretty trashy.

I don't think they messed with the gun/spell learn rates but with the ability to speed the game up and grind very quickly, it doesn't take long to learn those gun and spell techs. Emilia might have technically had the worst learn rate originally but she still learned things pretty fast. Or I'm just used to that speed of learning since I like mystics and usually run mystic heavy parties.

It's hard to say if they fixed glimmer stats. I guess we'll need someone to deconstruct the game like Zaraktheus did for the OG.

I learned the DSC skills on Emilia pretty easily, and that was just recruiting her in Blue's scenario. She was the first character to spark them all.

They fixed the learn rate. Everyone in my Emelia/Fuse playthru now has DSC, Lifesprinkler and it didn't take more than an hour to get DSC on everyone in my roster.
But still unable to confirm if outfit is changed, because glimmer is already easy without outfit.
Then I confirm this by going into Blue/Fuse run, my Rouge learnt it within half an hour (counting from the time I equip tumble up to when 4 skills is learnt)

I spammed Tumble on Zyphon in 2nd floor of Bioresearch Lab. It is also not dependant on character stats as I have it on both Rouge/Blue when they had less than 20 STR to begin with.
50 hour in and the entire roster has every gun/sword/ martial art skill, this doesn't seem to happen when I played PS1 as a child. It took me 80hours to do that in the past but overall I farmed using the same enemy and method. Gun/ spells, I will always farm Kraken for it.

I'm not convinced the learn rates are any faster in remaster (although just anecdotal so w/e in the end I'm talking out my ass) but with the speed up options I can blaze through grinding. Stuff that took me 8-10 hours on the PS1 I am done in a couple hours tops on Remaster.
I played Emelia as a magic user just for funsies and the bunny outfit did seem to make a very noticeable difference, but the last time I played SF before this was like 2004, so...
