Yuurei High - Stuck

I seem to be stuck in the high school on floor 2F-C X: 24 Y: 8 there is a yellow locked gate (I think this one requires a ley) that I can't get through.

Also on floor 1F-W X: 6 Y: 2 and X: 6 Y: 5 there are two red gates that I can't find the switch for. This is a small room with no switches in it.

If anybody can help me out that would be great.

<edit> I solved this issue on my own. There was a staircase off in a corner that I missed. The % of level found (or whatever the exact term is) is very useful for anyone having a problem like this. The first person perspective makes it very easy in some cases to walk right past hallways and miss them particularly at this stage in the game where pits and multiple switches can make getting around confusing.
