If you do it again it's pretty much that same subtle change each time. Trying really hard not to spoil it at all other than that.

I love the stuff that is hidden throughout the game that you just don't notice the first time around.

I'm on a second play through and like to think i was pretty thorough in my 30 hours for my first play through but im still finding new stuff.

I just found a note in a trailer park on the first map that talks about firing a flare gun at a certain location and then some grim story around it.

So i found the location from the note and fired a flare gun and it spawns a special Vampire. Really difficult fight as well. Not only that but when i fired the flare after i had defeated it - she spawned back but this time with a shield and even more powerful.

Wtffffff, ok I'm going to have to check that out. Ok I got another one but you might've found this one. There's a gold psychic echo by a certain gravestone in commons, triggered by clicking a recording device that's laying on a rock, before you ever reach the first unavoidable one. There are circling crows there, but it's still tricky to find.

There are loads of other little bits. I'm actually discovering way more on my second playthrough.

I wish that the rewards at the end of some of these were greater though.
