Looks like someone in charge realised how bad the sudden closure of these studios looks, so Redfall and Hi-Fi Rush both get one final patch each.

Let's hope Redfall's patch doesn't introduce new bugs though, seeing as it's supposed to make some major changes both to gameplay systems and the way the game works on a technical level (offline mode). I don't see them doing any bugfixing after this patch.

I think I may check the game out after this patch. Any owners can elaborate on the revamped mechanics(Nest&Neighborhood)? Were those activities not well balanced? I also assume the season pass new characters won't be coming.

You mentioned that before, so I'm assuming you have no infomation on the nest & neighborhood changes. Im operating under the assumption nest & neighborhood were included into the base game. So not very helpful continuing to mention DLC. But maybe its a language thing. Any other help/info would be appreciated.

I have no idea what they mean when they say "neighborhood system", but nests are basically high-level dungeons in the game. I've never played far enough to actually experience one myself, but I'm led to believe that those can be quite challenging playing alone.

So it's possible there will be some kind of re-balancing done for offline mode, but since the TwiX post doesn't go into details, we can only speculate at this point. I suggest waiting for when the patch drops. The patch notes should probably explain in what way these mechanics have been adjusted.
