It's priced right now $20-25 AUD.
We are so spoiled with video games these days, there are so many good ones available, so much variety, old and new, yet we still find ways to complain like spoiled brats and be negative.
I suggest, if you do not like someone's creation, leave it and create your own, one you like, but don't ruin it for others. How would you like it if you created something from your heart and hateful consumers instead of enjoying your hard work spit at it, trample all over it, drag it through the mud and make you look and feel like a worthless piece of dirt. I am sure you would not feel appreciated and instead of improving and creating more for others, well, use your imagination...
That whole ESG self-entitlement, I don't agree with.
When released it was bad, broken and over priced. If people paid for it and it was crap, they can trash it. It's business, your developers feelings don't matter.
I still won't give it a thumps up until there a true offline single player mode as I'm on Starlink and could kick me from my session if my internet drops.
This 'games as a service' has to stop.
What are the key changes? There's a sale on at Epic right now and if this game actually turned around and is fun with a good story, I'm thinking of picking it up.
Last update was a month ago (or so).
This game was made by a woke company that used to develop good games, I'm thinking about Dishonored 1 & 2. But Redfall is tedious. The initial idea was good but it was poorly executed. The (side) missions are repetitive and the multiplayer base is close to empty due to the fact that Redfall is a flop.
They charge 70€ for the base game but I got it for just a bit more than 13€ which is its actual value.
Where did you see it for $20-25 AUD? I haven't seen in price reduction (or sales) on Steam in Australia.
It is in my Steam wishlist and I check it at least once a week.
