Can't play with rift s

While I have had trouble with launching through steam vr in the past this just isn't the problem. Every time I launch the game it causes my rift s to stop working. Like a pop up appears saying that an issue occurred and that the headset can't track the movement of the headset. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I am really excited to play this game. Also every other game that I launch through steam vr is fine, even when I just launch steam vr everything works fine but it either crashes steam vr or my headset. And you may be thinking that this is an issue with my computers specs but I can run any other vr game fine, games like blade and sorcery and boneworks. I'm just looking for a fix or even someone else having the same issue.

EDIT: I managed to fix my issue by closing Razer Synapse

As community has found out, it's fixed by closing Razer Synapse.

Hi, launch the game via the Play Button in Steam and you should get a dialog to select SteamVR or Oculus SDK, select Oculus if you are on Airlink and cable or SteamVR if you are on Virtual Desktop.

Verify the integrity of your game files. Usually that helps people with controller issues.
