ive tried that out in the past with middling success it doesn't work to well for me some games it almost works okay.
If you have two displays you can also use multiseat software such as ibik ASTER, but it's not free (comes with trial tho). This allows multiple Windows users to be logged in at the same time and play their own games each. But this requires sandboxing Steam which can cause issues with anti-cheats, or you play the game on two different platforms like Steam + Epic
Not the best solution but it's a solution
