The Prologue is like a tutorial/training mission/simulation - the few "story" related bits within it seem quite irrelevant, but there are some - but it's really not worth the title "prologue"!

If you own the game already i wouldn't consider this to be something you could miss in the main game - it's really more a demo/tutorial than anything else!
