I had the same problem as you, then I discovered completely randomly that by turning on the bluetooth of the pc the game worked while keeping it off it crashed during the initial loading. Maybe it's not your solution but I'd give it a try

id love play but the game still crashes after 20 minutes, do something about it

the game doesn't give me the horizon backstage passen anymore after i earned them. this is the 3th time this happens this month if someoen know hot te help pls help.
