cant login in microsoft account

For some reason i got 400 error when trying to connect to my microsoft account. Can someone help me explain what the ♥♥♥♥ is goind with microsoft?
Even on official login page for microsoft i still got the same error.
Maybe someone know the way to update data from register? (using regedit).
