Xbox parental issue

Hi guys! im fairly new here, and while playing FH4 i decided to take some lovely pictures, unfortunately i am unable to share those because everytime i try to share the, it says "This feature is blocked as per your xbox live parental control setting". i have tried to look through every parental setting and couldnt find any option to disable this, i am also not part of any family...can anyone help solve this ?

After much searching, I found out that this isn't a parental control at all. It's in the Xbox privacy settings. Make sure that 'You can see and upload community creations' is set to 'Everyone'. You also have to sign out and sign back in again within Forza for this to apply even though it has nothing to do with login credentials.
This is Microsoft, don't expect ♥♥♥♥ to make sense.
