"Xbox couldn't join sign you in to Xbox live"

I have this problem that I cannot sing in to Xbox live when I try to invite my friend to Convoy in Forza Horizon 4 somehow. There are 2 options, one is that you try again what definitely doesn't work and the second is to switch account but I only have 1 account so that doesn't work either. If anyone knows solution to fix this, I would be glad to try it out and fix it.

6 months ago i had the same for 5 days, this week for nearly 3 days -.- xbox app on pc+phone worked normal and also fh5 instant logged in...if it is the same you only can wait.
